SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During product launches, promotions, or other high-volume periods, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation when the order is dispatched.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, the tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation. Tracking information can take up to 72 hours to update after dispatch.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. Email brimlume@gmail.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing, and additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect.
DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
DELAYED, LOST, OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If tracking shows an unusual delay, delivery to the wrong location, or damage, contact brimlume@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate. BRIMLUME is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we will assist you in seeking a resolution.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Items in the same order may ship separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because we split the shipment.
